What search terms do you use when using Google??
Since George Osborne made the decision to leave the Feed in Tariff (FIT) and Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) relatively untouched. It is expected that the renewables industry will start to really take off??
But… When you are searching the internet, what search terms do you use to find your answers???
For example. If you’re looking for a solar photovoltaic panel installer in, say Kent, what do you type in Google??
“Solar photovoltaic installer”?
“Solar panel installer”?
“Solar PV installer”?
Or, are you a bit more specific, and add “Kent” to those search terms??
Similarly, what do you type in if you’re after advice??
“Solar advice”?
“Solar panel advice Kent”?
“Renewable energy advice”?
“Renewable energy consultants”??
I would love to know your thoughts??
Please feel free to add your search terms, and what you hope to find from them??
Thanks…..
From our web data the most used search terms are ’solar panels’ and ’solar pv’ but people do use locations quite a lot too. Lots of people are starting to use independant websites to find installers, like the YouGen site.

One interesting point is how few searches there are for heat pumps
