Here at Viridis we are constantly looking for additional services within the sector, that we can offer our clients. If you have a service that you think compliments ours, then contact us to discuss further. Here are some we also offer:

• Commercial energy brokerage- Do you pay in excess of £10k/a for electricity? Or more than £5k/a for gas? Would you like to pay less for your gas and electricity? If so, speak to us, we may be able to secure you a better deal? This service is totally free!
• Commercial energy monitoring-  Whatever your size of office, we have an electricity monitoring system that provides “live time” usage. It has been proven, that systems of these type can reduce bills significantly.  Savings in excess of 20% are not uncommon.
• Energy efficient lighting-We can supply and install a range of energy efficient flouresent tubes that can reduce energy usage by up to 50%. In addition, there may be a possibilty that you can obtain an interest free loan from the Carbon Trust to fund it!
• Carbon footprinting-We can measure you’re carbon footprint, and provide advice on how to reduce it. then re-measure it, to show the reductions made.
• Carbon Offsetting-If you feel that you that you have reduced your carbon emissions by as much as you can, but want to reduce them further. Then we can provide a carbon offsetting plan.
• Carbon trust interest free loans- As registered suppliers of the loan, we can advise on your eligibility, and process the loan on you behalf.
• Code for Sustainable Homes assessments.
• SAP reports.
• Commercial EPC’s.
